Capernaum Capital is a specialist infrastructure and transaction advisory firm established to support the preparation, structuring, and funding of complex projects across public-sector, municipal, and strategic infrastructure environments in Africa.
The firm was established in response to a persistent market challenge: viable infrastructure priorities failing to attract capital — not because the need is unclear, but because the project is insufficiently prepared, the transaction poorly structured, or the route to bankability undefined.
Our role is to advise on project preparation, transaction structuring, capital strategy, and the mobilisation of appropriate funding solutions across complex infrastructure and public-sector mandates — and, where the mandate warrants it, to support the structuring and mobilisation of dedicated financing solutions aligned to the requirements of the project.
